我被steam发了第一次欺诈红之后求解封,就等了steam客服四天,然后悲剧了。我才知道欺诈红是肯定会回收余额和物品的,就是100%ea红信。所以有小伙伴如果觉得账号不值钱,红了不要解封让steam回收了,直接金蝉脱壳换个新的steam号也好,免得补钱。
五条邮件全都是11600,11600*5,之前两周前买的1500余额被最新买的800余额污染了(不是重点),steam就给我全部没收充公了。ea收不到钱自然就把我号给封了,我700多金物品的账号+模拟人生几乎全DLC的ea号啊只能去找ea问怎么办了。我和同样遭遇的交流了一下,他们觉得我这么大数额,2300+RMB大概率是需要补钱解封的,我就找客服态度很诚恳地说我要补钱。下面放聊天记录带翻译(忽略语法错误和翻译生硬,很多英语的意思也无法用中文解释),,

两天后我就收到解封邮件了,ea就主动帮我承担了这部分损失,steam白赚我和ea的1500了,只能告诫大家黑余额谨慎,怕就不要买,买就不要怕。
注意看邮件,第二小节提到ea非常重视退款,未来的退款会导致账号永久封禁。可能这方面也和steam的欺诈红一样,一次警告,二次永封。
我也是抱着买到黑余额就找客服补钱的想法,到S7上线后,买市场余额现在不知道砸了多少钱,第一次翻车,我也怕永封。之后反正老老实实走充值卡了。各位真的怕的,不如0折直冲也好。
