What is for me the perfectdinner? That’s easy to answer, that would be what I ate at my wedding (hemarried his long-time girlfriend Kim Sears in April). Michel Roux (thetwo-star French-English chef at London’s Gavroche) designed the menu. Thatwas just out of this world. Michel is running the restaurant in my hotel(TheCromlix at Perthshire, Scotland). As far as preparing the wedding wasconcerned, I’ll be frank, I could not be expected to look after both the flowerarrangements and the decorating; Kim definitely had her ideas on this… But theone thing I wanted to do was to dedicate myself to the menu. When I went intothe kitchen, along with Kim, to sample the dishes for the wedding, it wassimply mind-blowing. I’ve never eaten so much in my life! We sampled so manydifferent things.
