The Amazing Spider-Man 2
Sony’s panel will take place on Friday, July 19th in Hall H. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 cast members who are reported to be attending include Andrew Garfield (Peter Parker), Dane DeHaan (Harry Osborn), and Jamie Foxx (Max Dillon/Electro), along with series producers Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach. Emma Stone (Gwen Stacy) was in attendance to promote Amazing Spider-Man at Comic-Con back in 2011, but it’s feasible that her jam-packed schedule prevented her from showing up again this year (similarly, Webb is keeping busy with post-production on TASM2 by now).
Garfield’s sincere expression of love for Peter Parker/Spider-Man earned him major brownie points with the Hall H crowd back in 2011, so he should be all the more welcome back by the audience this year. Similarly, Foxx is returning to Comic-Con a year after his appearance at the Django Unchained panel back in 2012.
